To terminate your association membership, you can instantly and easily terminate your membership via the "Ministry of Interior - Association Membership Inquiry and Termination" application on e-Government.
You can also resign from our association by petition. However, this method will be tiring for you and the association management:
1) Write a petition to terminate your membership to our association. The petition must include your name, surname, T.C. identity number, the name of the association, date and signature.
2) Send the signed petition photo to our e-mail address info@anestezitek.org.tr or to the association address Eğitim Mah. Muratpaşa Cad. No:46 D:2 Kadıköy/İstanbul by cargo or post
According to the Law on Associations: No one can be forced to remain a member of the association they are a member of. Every member has the right to resign from the association, provided that they notify the board of directors in writing. Every member who notifies the board of directors in writing of their desire to resign from the association membership will have resigned from the membership from that moment. The member who resigns or is expelled from the association must pay the dues for the period they were a member. The board of directors can collect the dues debts through enforcement according to the Law of Obligations.
Members' dues debts TMK. Article 70 states that “The obligation of members to pay dues is regulated by the bylaws. If there is no regulation in the bylaws, members equally participate in the mandatory dues in order to realize the purpose of the association and meet its debts. A member who leaves or is expelled from the association must pay the dues for the period he/she was a member. Honorary members are not obliged to pay dues.” The obligation of members to pay dues is regulated by the bylaws of the association as a rule. If there is no regulation on the subject in the bylaws, members equally participate in the mandatory dues in order to realize the purpose of the association and meet its debts. A member who leaves or is expelled from the association must pay the dues for the period he/she was a member. However, honorary members are not obliged to pay dues.
